 VERSE FOR REFLECTION: John 3:16-17

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

CAMP SUNDAY

Today, Sunday, April 7th, we are celebrating “Camp Sunday” in worship. Church camp is so important to our church and our youth, so we invite you to join us for service and to hear all about camp experiences from our youth. If you would like to make a donation for church camps, there will be a lockbox in the Gathering Area.

KONNECT WITH KEITH

If you are interested in learning more about our church and becoming a member, Pastor Keith will lead a membership class “Konnect with Keith” today, Sunday, April 7th at 11:30am. Lunch will be provided and will conclude by 1:30pm.

100 DAYS OF PRAYER

United Methodists from across the Dakotas & Minnesota Conferences are being asked to join in 100 days of prayer beginning April 1. The idea for 100 Days of Prayer emerged out of a desire to cover the following United Methodist events with prayer; General Conference (April 23- May 3 in Charlotte, North Caroline), The Dakotas Annual Conference (June 6-8 in Bismark, North Dakota) and the North Central Jurisdiction Conference (July 10-13 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota). The hope is that these prayers will act as an anchor for those United Methodists who are walking through General, Annual, and Jurisdictional Conference season with mixed emotions.

The Conference will provide materials to help guide us all in this time of prayer. These prayers will resonate with the overall human experience- struggles in our personal lives, anxiety about the state of our nation, hopes or uncertainties about the future- so that any person who reads or hears them will feel like they are giving words to the longings of their heart. Resources can be found on the Conference website (www.dakotasumc.org) or by clicking this link:

Our Father, who is in heaven, honored be your name.  Your kingdom come; your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread.  And forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us.  And lead us, not into temptation but deliver us from evil.  For yours, God, is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory, now and forever.  Amen
