GREETING:

CALL TO WORSHIP:

L: We gather on the road…walking with questions, carrying our hopes

     and disappointments.

P: We come seeking the presence of the risen Christ.

L: When we do not recognize Him, when our eyes are clouded and

     Our hearts are heavy…

P: Christ walks beside us still.

L: In the breaking of the bread, in the sharing of the Word, in the quiet

     Stirring of our hearts-

P: Jesus is made known to us.

L: Our hearts burn within us as He speaks, opening the Scriptures

    And revealing God’s promise.

P: We turn again toward hope, toward life, toward resurrection.

L: Come, let us worship the risen Christ, who meets us on the road

     And calls us by name.

P: Let us worship God with open hearts and renewed faith.

Our Father, who is in heaven, honored be your name. Your kingdom Come; your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. For yours, God, is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory, now and forever. Amen.
