MISSION OF THE MONTH

Heart and Sole

For over 27 years Heart & Sole has been raising money for cancer patients in and around the Mitchell area. Their annual walk will be held on Friday, June 19th at Hitchcock Park.

APRIL “ONE THING”

Our April “One Thing” will be bottled water for our Mitchell Public Service Personnel.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY

We will complete our current Lenten study on Wednesday, April 1st. Our next study will be an Adam Hamilton study on World Religions beginning on Wednesday, April 8th. This is a 6-week study that will give us some insight into how Christianity and other world religions compare. Looking forward to some good conversation and sharing. Books are available and are in the office for $15 each. Let Natalie know if you have any questions.

CAMP SUNDAY

Join us on April 19th at 10:00 AM for a special worship service led by our youth as we celebrate the joy and impact of camp. Following worship, stay for lunch and camp-themed activities as part of our April Family Fun Event. We hope you’ll join us!

DOWNTOWN MOM’S GROUP: PRAYER BIBLE STUDY

Life is full, and finding time for prayer can be hard. You’re invited to join us Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM in the Youth Room as we explore the prayers of Jesus together.

This is a low-pressure, come-as-you-are group for moms looking for connection, encouragement, and a moment to breathe. Whether you’re new or have been coming for a while, you are welcome here.

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION

When registering for camp, don’t forget to use our 50% off church code-156161CA. There are camp pamphlets available by Pastor Amber’s office door, or you can go online

https://www.dakotasumc.org/camping/camps-and-events. Please let

Pastor Amber know if you have any questions.

5TH GRADE BRIDGING

Join us on Sunday, April 26th for our 5th graders to complete their faith step of transitioning from Grade School into Middle School.

CONFIRMATION SUNDAY

Join us on May 3 as we celebrate our confirmands and the faith they are claiming as their own. This is a meaningful moment in the life of our church as we affirm and support them on their journey.

If your child is participating, please watch for more information about an upcoming rehearsal.

We invite the whole congregation to come and celebrate this special day!

CELEBRATING OUR SENIORS

Join us on May 17 as we honor and celebrate our graduating seniors! This is a special time to recognize who they are, all they have accomplished, and the ways they have been a meaningful part of our church family.

We give thanks for each of them and send them forward with our love, prayers, and encouragement as they step into this next chapter. All are invited to celebrate with us!

YEEHAW!! VBS IS COMING!

Get ready for a rootin’-tootin’ good time at our Wild West Vacation Bible School!

Join us July 24–25 at Camp Arroya on Lake Mitchell for a fun-filled adventure of faith, games, music, and more. Open to kids aged 4 through 5th grade.

Then come back on July 26 as we celebrate together during worship, followed by a food truck and more fun for everyone!

Mark your calendars and invite your friends—more details coming soon!
